We will happily exchange your item for another size or even a totally different item for equal or lesser value. Simply send it back with the receipt from your package (if applicable) in its original, unworn condition, free of perfume, smoke or any other odor with all tags (if any) still attached for up to 10 days from the date of your purchase and write on your receipt (or another sheet of paper) the item, color, and size that you would like instead. After an item has been exchanged once it cannot be exchanged again. An article of clothing cannot be exchanged for shoes. We recommend checking our website to ensure that the item you request is available. If you choose to exchange a higher priced item for a lower priced item the difference is nonrefundable. If we do not have your item in stock at the time we receive your item back we will issue a refund of the item purchase price. (shipping is non-refundable). This will be the ONLY time a refund is available. (refund is subject to store management decision).
*Shoes must be returned unscuffed in an additional, seperate packaging box and with any cushioning material that arrived inside the box still inside the shoe box. For international orders (orders outside of the US) we cannot offer any exchanges.
**Jewelry, lingerie, swimwear, accesories, and handbags are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
